IB数学HL与SL有什么区别?

　　IB数学科目构成

　　IB数学(Mathematics)科目是IBDP阶段6门学科组课程之一，数学(Mathematics)是必选科目，IB数学目前主要包括4门课程：

　　mathematics (HL)

　　further mathematics (HL)

　　2019年9月份之后会增加以下课程：

　　Mathematics: analysis and approaches (SL)

　　IB数学(Mathematics)是IB数学大科目体系下的一门课程，它与IB其他的课程一样，分为SL(Standard Level)和HL(Higher Level)两种课程。

　　课时时长

　　SL课程只有必修课，总计140课时，其中论文占10课时，HL课程有必修课和选修课，总计240课时。其中必修课182课时，选修课48课时，论文10课时(There are 182 compulsory courses, 48 elective courses and 10 papers)。

　　考察方式

　　SL考察：IB数学SL的评估成绩由两部分组成，即外部评估(External Assessment)和内部评估(Internal Assessment)。其中外部评估占80%的分值，内部评估占20%的分值。

　　外部评估分为Paper 1 和Paper 2两个试卷测试，卷面总分均为90分，考试时长90分钟。考查内容为SL必修课程中的6大板块(The total score of the paper is 90 points, and the examination time is 90 minutes. The examination contents are six sections of SL compulsory courses)。

　　内部评估是完成一篇数学小论文(Internal Assessment)，由学校老师根据评分细则进行评分(The school teacher will score according to the scoring rules)。

　　HL考察:IB数学 (HL) 的评估也分为外部评估和内部评估两部分(It is divided into two parts: external evaluation and internal evaluation)，外部评估有3个Papers，考试内容由核心课程(Core)和选修课程(Option)组成。

　　Paper 1 和Paper 2 考查必修内容，paper 3考查选修内容。考试时间也更长，Paper1和Paper考试时长2个小时，Paper3考试时长为1小时。

　　HL内部评估(Internal Assessment)除了考查写论文的技能外，还要考查学生的数学应用能力，是否真的学以致用(We should also examine students‘ mathematical application ability and whether they really apply what they have learned)。

　　SL与HL到底选哪个?

　　1、看个人兴趣。

　　课程选择来看，科目难易程度是因人而异的(In terms of course selection, the difficulty of subjects varies from person to person)，经常听同学们说IB数学(HL)太难了，但也有许多人觉得，IB数学(SL)考察范围广而不难，而且如果数学刚好符合你的兴趣，你又喜欢面对挑战，那么就选IB数学(HL)吧。

　　2、根据大学所选专业要求做选择。

　　英国来说，如果你想学理工科、科学类专业，那么很大可能就要准备一门IB数学(HL)课程，尤其是英国G5院校的理工科热门院校(Especially the popular universities of science and Engineering in G5 universities in the UK)。

　　3、选课程的时候，注意科目组合。

　　英美各高等院校都喜欢学生拥有丰富的课程组合。

　　1)如果你有明确的专业选择方向(There is a clear direction for professional selection)，那么就按照学校的要求选择科目，英国各高校官网都有明确的入学要求(The official websites of British universities have clear admission requirements)，因此听从官方要求的指导准没错。
