UCL和LSE的最大差距是什么?
是发offer的速度!
今年UCL十分豪爽，一直在积极营业，而等LSE offer的同学真可谓望眼欲穿(This year, UCL is very forthright and has been actively operating, and students waiting for LSE offer are really eager to see)，马上就快3月了，UCL 70+本科专业放榜，LSE依旧偶尔才发个一两封，形成强烈对比。
01UCL一直在积极营业
目前UCL已经有70+本科专业放榜啦，经济、法律、生物等专业的offer相对较多(At present, UCL has released 70 + undergraduate majors, and there are relatively many offers in economics, law, biology and other majors)，自然科学、 医学等一些专业offer仍旧比较少。
根据现有数据粗略估计，今年拿到UCL本科offer的学生大概有80%左右A-level成绩达到3个A*。
根据 UCL公布的一份2021-22手册，表示致力于 3月31日之前给出申请结果，包括1月和10月deadline的申请学生(He expressed his commitment to giving the application results before March 31, including the students applying for deadline in January and October)，不过目前来看UCL放榜时间延长到4月也是很有可能的，因为很多专业还没有任何offer下发。
在牛剑申请deadline的时候，很多学生就申请了UCL，因为UCL、杜伦、帝国理工、圣安等都是牛剑的热门“保底”，而其中UCL又更受欢迎一些。
UCL申请竞争非常大，预估成绩达不到，基本没有商量的机会(UCL application competition is very large, the estimated results can not be reached, and there is basically no opportunity to discuss)，很多学生成绩未能达到会被立即拒绝。

LSE晒offer的寥寥无几
LSE目前放榜专业仍旧有限，不过因为本来专业只有40+，而最近晒出offer的学生还是寥寥无几(Recently, there are still few students who offer.)，发放offer较多的专业集中在经济和法律。
LSE今年申请学生成绩也多以3A*或4A*为主，CA已知的拿到和未拿到offer的预估6A*申请者已经不止一位。
大家等offer的心情是怎样的呢?有小伙伴表示“每天都上网查，啥也没看到，啥也没听到，好在，没有消息就是好消息!”
也有同学担心，LSE还不通知，别的学校现在都开始订宿舍了(Some students are worried that other schools are now booking dormitories without notice from LSE)，万一LSE还是给发了拒信，这边住宿也没预定上，我该怎么办?
今年LSE还是很能拖，大量offer还没发。不过也不用太着急，去年就是4-5月还在发offer。
LSE表示不晚于2022年5月19日下发申请结果(LSE said it would issue the application result no later than May 19, 2022)，然而由于每年收到大量申请，不可避免会有一些申请者要等到2022年5月19日。
如果有特殊情况影响录取处理进度，学校会给发邮件通知。

与其焦虑不如搞好成绩
G5的受欢迎程度是远超过我们预期的，等offer的同学与其焦虑不如搞好A-level成绩(The popularity of G5 is far more than we expected. Students waiting for an offer might as well do A-level well instead of being anxious)， 因为如果拿到offer，还需要在夏季考试中达到offer给出的成绩条件，顺利过con，才能最终被录取。
AS同学如果是打算秋季递交G5申请，如果预估成绩低，在申请中是很不利的(If as students intend to submit G5 application in autumn, if the estimated score is low, it will be very disadvantageous in the application)， 今年申请学生的成绩多数都有3-4个A*，那么这次夏季大考AS同学也需要把握好了!

UCL本科申请条件
A-level：A*A*A-ABB
IB：40-34
雅思：7.5-6.5

LSE本科申请条件
A-level：A*AA, AAA 和AAB
IB：37-38
雅思：雅思7.0，单项不低于7.0。
