春节之后，春招算是正式展开了。可能是受到了春招氛围的影响，小渊这两天又看到有人纠结起了英硕认可度的问题(In the past two days, I saw someone struggling with the problem of YINGSHUO‘s recognition)。
学制短是硬伤?英硕在留学鄙视链下游?
那今天，小渊就来扒一扒一年英硕到底值不值的问题。
学制短=教育质量差?
很多人对于英硕的担心，主要就在于一年制的认可度问题(Many people worry about YINGSHUO mainly because of the recognition of the one-year system)。
如果仅仅从学制来比较的话，国内的研究生培养要更胜一筹(Domestic postgraduate training should be better)，但实际上，学制的长短和教学的质量并不能直接划等号。
英国学制短，但这是由英国本土的教育体系决定的(The length of schooling in the UK is short, but this is determined by the local education system in the UK)，在教学质量以及考核标准上，英国大学绝对不会轻易放松，学制短也不会让课程给出的reading list变短。
平心而论，过去的英国留学生群体里确实有背景一般能力一般的学生(In the past, there were indeed students with average background and ability in the group of British students studying abroad)，一些用人单位也因此对英国留学生这个群体有一定的怀疑。
但随着这两年申请英国留学的人数的增多，留学英国的门槛也有所提高(However, with the increase in the number of people applying to study in the UK in the past two years, the threshold for studying in the UK has also been raised)，英国留学生的层次有了整体的提升，也能打消“英硕不值得”的刻板印象。
英硕不如美硕?
在国内部分同学的认知中，英国再牛排名再靠前的大学都不如美国名校。
但其实很多HR认为，英美大学只要排名相同，就会将两者放在同一地位上。
而想要回国考公的同学，也可以从定向选调生的招聘公告中看出(Students who want to return home for the public examination can also be seen from the recruitment announcement of targeted transfer students)，只要毕业院校排名靠前，就不存在什么明显的鄙视链问题。
因此，英国留学生们大可不必担心自己学校的认可度问题：学校排名靠前，过简历关还是没问题的。
就业没有一概而论
说到底，求职之路上从来就没有能一概而论的事。
从用人单位一方来讲，不同地区、不同类型的企业会有自己的用人偏好(From the perspective of employers, enterprises in different regions and types will have their own employment preferences)，比如海外业务多的企业就会比较偏向有海外背景的海归，还有的大厂则对应聘者有托福雅思分数的要求。
在这样的企业求职，一年英硕的背景就未必比国内硕士背景差。
而对于学生来说，很多事都是事在人为：如果你在留学英国期间能找到一份当地实习，那写在简历上绝对能成为秒杀很多人的加分项(That written on the resume can definitely become a bonus for killing many people)。
在内卷的当下，很多人似乎越来越焦虑，但与其想太多，不如先把握住能把握的(At present, many people seem to be more and more anxious, but instead of thinking too much, it‘s better to grasp what they can grasp first)，学校出身只是HR招聘时会考虑的其中一项而已，其他的如能力和实习经历，还需要自己打磨打拼。
