2022ALEVEL考试重大调整，近日Ofqual(英国资格及考试监督办公室〉公布了针对2022年GCSE和A Level考试的运行方案，以及如果考试因疫情再次取消(The operation plan for GCSE and a level examinations in 2022 was announced, and if the examinations were cancelled again due to the epidemic)，学校该采取的措施，发布了三封公开信(Three open letters were issued)，分别写给学校、学生、社会考生。整体要点如下:

　　因为疫情的关系，这两年大部分考试采取的都是评估分的形式(Because of the epidemic situation, most examinations in the past two years have taken the form of evaluation scores)，而Ofqual计划明年正常举行夏季cCSE、AS、A Level考试，并且会提前给学生们划重点，帮助学生们复习。

　　但万一有地区无法举行线下考试，也有对应的应急计划(However, in case that offline examinations cannot be held in some areas, there is also a corresponding emergency plan)，即类似于2021年夏季使用的教师评估成绩(TAG)方法。TAG是基于教师对学生表现给出的评估。

　　我们再来详细地看一下评估标准相关的细节

       1.GCSE、AS、A Level非考试科目评估

　　GCSE、AS 或A Level考试包括非考试评估(NEA)、如舞蹈、音乐表演，教师应在可能的情况下为学生提供支持(Teachers should support students wherever possible)，按照Ofqual公布的2022年的安排和考试局设定的时间表完成该评估。

　　如果大考正常进行，NEA将会进行打分和标准化(If the big test goes on normally, NEA will score and standardize it)，并与考试成绩结合，得出总分;如果大考取消，老师需要参考学生NEA表现，给出教师评估成绩(TAG成绩)。

　　2学生应该在什么条件下进行评估

　　除了艺术设计相关科目(In addition to art and design related subjects)，学生应该尽可能在类似考试的条件下参加评估。例如:评估前学生不能提前得知问题、在没有帮助的条件下独完成评估(Before the assessment, students cannot know the problems in advance and complete the assessment without help)、不能借助书籍和复习笔记、在有时间限制和有监督的情况下进行评估。

　　评估期间，GCSE数学、组合科学、物理，可以提前获得公式和方程表(Formulas and equation tables can be obtained in advance)，艺术设计学生应该完成非考试评估，不需要额外评估。

　　3.评估什么时候进行

　　学校可以自己制定考试时间表，包括秋季学期在内。

　　官方推荐的时间点是:2021年秋季学期下半学期、2022年春季学期、2022年夏季学期上半学期。也就是说，学生每个学期都要参加模考(In other words, students have to take the model test every semester)，目前英国的一些学校已经开始在进行了。如果需要使用TAG体系(If tag system is required)，那么这些正常考试成绩可以作为最终的评估证据。

　　4.基于哪些内容评估学生

　　如果确定采用TAG成绩(教师评估成绩)，那么将仅仅基于教师教过学生的内容(Then it will only be based on what the teacher has taught the students)，如果个别学生缺课某一topic，学校不需要因为这名学生改变评估范围。

　　评估内容应该类似于学生为准备夏季考试所使用的试卷(The assessment should be similar to the papers students use to prepare for the summer exam)，在适当的情况下，可以全部或部分使用历年真题，如果教师自己出题，试卷内容应该与考试局真题相类似(If the teacher works out the question by himself, the content of the test paper should be similar to the real question of the Examination Bureau)，并且按照考试局的评分标准进行评分。

　　夏季考试的预先信息( advance information)将在2022年2月7日前发布，信息发布后，教师在设置评估时需要将这些信息考虑在内。

　　5.学生知情权

　　如果学校安排考核，必须在每次考试前告知学生(If the school arranges an examination, it must inform the students before each examination)，因为如果大考取消这个成绩将用于TAG证据。模考前尽可能早通知学生，让学生有时间复习和准备。

　　学校可以告诉学生考试范围，哪些科目内容，但不能告诉具体问题和押题。

　　6.没有补考机会

　　学校不应该给学生提供重考机会，比如对答案之后重考来提分(Schools should not provide students with the opportunity to retake the exam, such as retaking the answer to improve their scores)，当然前期考试中获得反馈，取得了进步，在后期评估中是可以表现出来的。

　　7.评分标准

　　教师应该根据考试局的评分方案和指导建议评分(Teachers should grade according to the grading scheme and guidance suggestions of the Examination Bureau)，可以告诉学生具体成绩，并给出反馈。

　　从以上2022年应急计划安排来看，学校会定期组织模考用于收集评分证据(The school will regularly organize model tests to collect scoring evidence)，以防明年夏季大考取消，同时要以平时成绩作为依据来给分。

　　若明年夏季大考取消，我们可以感觉到模考的重要性大大提升(We can feel that the importance of model test has greatly increased)，所以同学们在平时的学习中要更加努力地准备每一场考试，每一次的成绩都会作为评估证据来决定你的最终成绩。
