　　Centre for Talented Youth(简称CTY)——美国精英学生学习中心，由美国著名的霍普金斯大学(The John Hopkins University)开办，是世界上最有权威性的资优少年选拔及培养机构(It is the most authoritative selection and training institution for gifted youth in the world)，于1972年由霍普金斯大学心理学教授朱利安斯坦利研制开发，通过几十年探索，建立起一套完善体系对美国质优中学生进行精英选拔并集中培养(Establish a perfect system for elite selection and centralized training of American high-quality middle school students)，1992年起，该项目将视野拓展到全球。仅2006至2007一年间，就有超过7.3万名来自全球的学生参予了精英选拔，其中有1.04万名学生作为“准精英学生”，并被录取进入精英训练营(And was admitted to the elite training camp)。

　　除了SAT成绩，CTY证书更是进入美国名校和得到奖学金的一把金钥匙(Cty certificate is a golden key to enter famous American schools and get scholarships)!有CTY证书，就意味着拿到了进入美国名校的“双重保险”——持证学员能够顺利入读耶鲁、哈佛、斯坦福、牛津、剑桥等世界名校，几无例外。所有CTY学生均为SAT考试排名进入前5%者。
